Client Appointment Executive

Summary

 
Lead Forensics are looking for an enthusiastic and success driven Client Appointment Executive to work within our Customer Success Team. Working with our existing customers to help them generate new business by qualifying leads that have been generated from using our software and providing them quality appointments.
 
Whilst the role is primarily dealing with the generation of new business, the candidate will also be responsible for researching and enriching the data as well as having our customers’ satisfaction at the forefront of their mind.
 

Key Responsibilities, but not limited to;

 
• Develop lead opportunities by qualifying accounts and collecting information that includes name, titles, email addresses, phone numbers etc
• To make outbound calls targeting prospects from our customers’ key industries
• Using scripts agreed by our customers to ensure that their requirements are met
• To follow up on potential marketing campaigns to generate new prospect leads
• Generate reporting for our customers to demonstrate the effectiveness of their activity
 

The ideal candidate will have;

 
• Ideally you will have proven experience in a telemarketing role or a similar sales/customer service role
• You’ll have excellent communication skills
• You’ll be a self-starter; someone who thrives when they’re achieving their goals
• You’ll have proven negotiation skills
