        Have you got a background in telephone-based Market Research?

        An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Customer Insights Manager to work within the internal agency at one of the UK’s leading group of SaaS companies.

        The role is ideal for someone who is experienced in conducting market analysis, with a proven track record of delivering rich, action-orientated and professional standard research. You will also be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

        The successful candidate will have telephone market research experience and be responsible for deepening the knowledge of any trends impacting our customers and our retention trajectory – allowing us the knowledge and foresight needed to remain at the forefront of our market.

        This role will help to ensure we continually deliver real customer value; this is an opportunity for you to have a truly global impact on our business, steering innovative propositions and services to provide an improved overall customer journey.

        The Customer Insights Manager will be responsible for helping direct initiatives to evangelise customer-centric practices with our marketing teams by providing a regular cadence of industry and creative insight to fuel the creative development and brand marketing process.

        Working across a number of brands, and with a focus on UK and USA markets (based in the UK) this role is ideal for someone who thrives on being busy, relishes being in the detail.


        • Conducting market trends and horizon scanning research with appropriate customers over the telephone
        • Act as a partner and ally to our brand, design, creative and communication teams, to ensure that customer thinking is a core part of the marketing process
        • Provide inspiring insight which helps fuel and give inspiration to the development of marketing campaigns for both prospecting and retention
        • Proactively identify new trends and opportunities which the business should act upon
        • Meeting performance targets and quality standards
        • Help build and scale the market research function
        • Management of any associated vendors
        • Presenting and reporting the results to the senior leadership team
