We know that every business to business organization can benefit from the leads our product generates and due to our amazing growth over the last 12 months, we need highly motivated Customer Success professionals with great communication skills and a real drive to succeed.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible in delivering a pro-active strategy for understanding and supporting your customers’ desired business goals. By driving maximum engagement of our product, the objective will be to contribute to ongoing and long-term success of the client. The focus will be on driving the right behaviours from our clients regarding best practice with our product. The outcome of this will be successful customers, high retention rates and expansion via upsell/cross sell.

A little about the role:

• Proactively drive adoption and usage of our product throughout the contract lifetime
• Create customer success plans in line with our best practices and our clients’ existing processes
• Liaise with internal teams to assist with the implementation of our product and client queries
• Consult with our clients to identify issues which prevent success through to resolution
• Educate our clients on further uses cases to increase value to client
• Contribute to revenue growth within your client base by upselling/uplifting client contracts
• Build relationships with key stakeholders within the client’s business
• Aim to serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients rather than customer support
• Monitor client health throughout the contract lifetime
• Negotiate contract renewals

A little about you:

• Experience in dealing with high value clients
• Sales/Account Management, Marketing or Customer Success background
• Experience in using CRM systems
• Previous experience with interacting with Director Level individuals
• Track record for having worked towards retention and revenue targets
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Great Communications skills
• Strategic thinking
• Multi-tasking
• Problem Solving skills
• Strong negotiating skills
