Annual Salary DOE plus commission
Lead Forensics is the world’s leading web analytics business, providing our clients with accurate, real time information on business users visiting their web-sites- whether those users have formally enquired about their product and services or not.
The strength of our product has driven exceptional sales growth within the business and we are now actively seeking Customer Success Managers to ensure that our clients receive outstanding after-sales support, enabling them to maximise their Return on Investment (ROI) from our software.
As a Customer Success Manager your duties will include:
Proactive management of a portfolio of c250 client accounts.
Negotiation and management of your client’s contract renewal process
Provision of new-user training and set- up of client reporting requirements
Regular contact with all of your clients to ensure optimal portal performance and provide assistance in their lead nurturing techniques as required
Provision of technical support and assistance throughout the contract life-time
Development and maintenance of strong customer relationships via telephone and email
Identification and development of new business opportunities with your client base
Administrative work as required (database management, contract administration etc.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
A dedication to exceptional Sales Account Management
An ability to retain business and upsell additional products to existing clients
Have a personable, friendly nature with a strong customer focus; be a team player with an ability to work on their own
Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal
Strong business acumen, giving you the ability to understand your client’s products
An excellent understanding of the sales process, allowing you to advise your clients on tips for success in lead nurturing
A tenacious, determined and persuasive approach to client relationship building
Excellent time management and organisational skills
