        SUMMARY

        An exciting opportunity has become available for a diligent Data Compliance administrator to work within the internal agency at one of the UK’s leading group of SaaS companies.

        The role is ideal for someone currently working in a data protection role, or who has recently graduated from university in a related field. The successful candidate will be passionate about all aspects of data compliance, with aspirations to develop their career in this area. You will be working within a fast-paced environment and will be expected to respond to urgent business matters at short notice; so, an organised yet flexible attitude is a must.

        The Administrator plays a key role within the Data Compliance team, taking ownership of yearly projects such as audits and document reviews, as well as day-to-day tasks such as handling incoming data requests and acting as an advisor to the business on all matters concerning data compliance. As a global business, you will be expected to obtain a solid understanding of data compliance regulations across all territories that we operate within, how the regulations apply to a B2B context, our products, and our clients, as well as how they apply to our own processes.

        You will be required to consult with all teams, as required, to support with contracts and customer questions, and external relations with suppliers. You will be communicating with third parties directly, and so your manner and knowledge must be of the highest calibre in order to reflect the brands well and articulate any answers to questions in a clear and concise manner.

        You will also be required to respond to the internal needs of the business. As such, you will be expected to deliver training to our teams and support our staff in their knowledge and understanding of our internal practices. You will also be supporting our Inbound sales team by providing feedback on sales calls that are raised for review, for which a fair and impartial approach is essential.

        As a direct report to the Data Protection Officer, this role is an important member of the Lead Forensics team.  We are looking for someone with the right drive and ambition to continually quest to advance, there is no standing still at Amplify.  Yet, we are also looking for someone with the professionalism and attention to detail to ensure that quality is never compromised.  At Lead Forensics we base everything on fact – metrics drive our success, you will therefore be comfortable with using insight and trends to guide marketing success, pivoting quickly for highly effective outcomes.  You will have a positive, and inspirational mindset, always looking to improve with an ability to positively influence those around you.  We are looking for a candidate full of ideas, but not just that, you will be able to turn those ideas into reality and results.

        KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

        • Management of relevant inboxes; responding to incoming data compliance requests in a timely manner
        • Ensure the internal CRM and support ticket system is updated with relevant information
        • Produce weekly and monthly reports for key stakeholders
        • Assist yearly audit and document reviews
        • Attending customer calls, answering customer questions, and assisting with contract paperwork
        • Deliver training to the wider business
        • Providing feedback on sales calls
        • Development of strong relationships with key stakeholders from across the internal agency, as well as with each of the client stakeholders
