        An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced, driven Email Marketing Manager to work within the internal agency at one of the UK’s leading group of SaaS companies. The role is ideal for someone currently working in an email marketing role or similar.

        The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, reporting, and driving of our email campaigns. This will be achieved by developing best-in-class email campaigns and test plans. The successful candidate will take responsibility for monitoring and tracking performance using commercial KPI’s with the assist of one direct report; the Email Marketing Executive, in improving the campaigns through the key insights gained.

        Working across a number of brands, and with a focus on UK and USA markets (based in the UK) this role is ideal for someone who thrives on being busy, relishes being in the detail, has a natural flair for and experience of creating industry-leading lead generation email campaigns.

        Our email marketing tactics are a fundamental part of our B2B marketing strategy, the right candidate will naturally possess a strong sense of ownership for delivering exceptional results against targets, a passion to excel within a successful team as well as an ability to think innovatively to continually improve and evolve our email marketing tactics.

        Experience in email marketing in a business-to-business environment is essential. Additionally, an ability to write compelling email content, along with being highly detail orientated will be advantageous.

        • Execution of Email marketing initiatives across brands, by driving Inbound opportunity enquiry generation from across Email Marketing tactics
        • Build and execute email campaigns, ensuring all commercial metrics are delivered for all markets.
        • Apply creativity, problem solving and analytics to provide ongoing insight to the business and make recommendations for ways to optimise.
        • Develop test/learn/test plans to successfully drive business results through effective email marketing.
        • Gain a full understanding of our email marketing systems, plus ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our databases.
        • Tactical planning of our email marketing each day, week, month, quarter, and year
        • Creation of best-in-class email marketing communications
        • Development of strong relationships with key stakeholders from across the internal agency, as well as with each of the client stakeholders
        • Reporting and monitoring on and of the detailed metrics
        • Pivoting on tactics employed to deliver the best results for the business
