        Job Summary

         

        Working within Web Insights (the Enterprise division of The Lead Forensics Group), you’ll report to the Head of Enterprise Business Development. Your primary focus will be calling, following up warm ABM data from our dedicated Web Insights Marketing team. You will be profiling and calling enterprise level businesses in a range of industries (£20M+ T/O) gathering key intel, getting the key contacts subscribed to our mailing lists and booking web demonstration appointments for the Enterprise Sales Team.

         

        This role is primarily a calling role and you will be calling data that has been warmed up and cleansed by Marketing. There will be a requirement to work a number of different contacts within each organisation effectively with 25 accounts being worked approx. per week.

         

        Key Responsibilities, but not limited to;

        • Making 100+ calls per day
        • Attention to detail is essential in this role due to the level of contact we are targeting and the detail we are looking to capture from these contacts
        • You will be following up warm ABM data via calling to Enterprise level businesses that have a T/O of £20M+
        • Building appropriate rapport and having intelligent conversations with contacts
        • Generating web demonstrations, booking directly into the Sales Team diary
        • Using online resource, you will be a pro at researching, capturing key information to support the qualification and sale process
        • Delivering a consistent weekly number of booked and sat demos (3+ sat per week) being driven to deliver and succeed
        • Being proactive in the approach to these accounts

         

        The ideal candidate will have;

        • A passion for over delivery and meeting targets
        • Ability to work well within a team environment but just as well on their own
        • Excellent communication skills
        • Good telephone manner
        • A natural desire to personally develop and thrive in a fast paced, growing department
        • Ability to articulate well, using open questioning, pitch high level contacts and be able to overcome objections with ease
        • Experience of making outbound calls
