Learning and Development Sales Trainer

This is an exciting role working with an accomplished sales team focusing on the training and development of new starters and existing sales talent. You will be a key player in developing the talent at the heart of one of the fastest growing companies on the South Coast.

You will be joining a collaborative and forward thinking group, working in great surrounding with a fantastic team of dynamic people.

 

You will be a talented Trainer, with a creative and engaging approach to facilitating learning and will work closely with our Sales Training team, to develop world class learning interventions across the sales teams. You will facilitate our monthly induction programme and have the ability to conduct learning needs analysis; design and deliver effective sales training programmes and evaluate results.

 

 

Main Responsibilities:

Facilitate our induction training programme by on boarding & inducting people effectively, reducing attrition linked to capability issue

Deliver refresher sales training to new and existing New business/sales executives

Upskill the team as required to meet and maintain business expectations and goals

Deliver training across multi-sites (Portsmouth / Bournemouth /Bristol )

Validate & reinforce learning & evaluate results

Design and deliver effective sales training programmes

 

 

The candidate:

Learning & development training experience is a must

Ideally phone based sales training experience

Classroom training experience is required

Able to maintain and cultivate good working relationships with key stakeholders

Highly motivated by a fast paced working environment

Great team player with a strong & high energy personality

Desire to travel overseas to US offices on occasion

Easily adaptable to new skills and flexible approach to work, to suit the needs of the business

Ideally hold a L&D CIPD qualification or equivalent
