Marketing Data Operations Administrator (Maternity Cover)
The marketing data Operations administrator holds a central role within the marketing department, taking responsibility for the accuracy and currency of specific marketing data from an end to end perspective. The candidate will be responsible for processing all incoming enquiries, adding to our CRM system according to a defined set of rules. All enquiries should be processed and fully enriched with as much supplementary insights that can be found with within the Lead Forensics agreed SLA and are processed to a high level of accuracy.
Speed and accuracy are essential attributes to be successful in this role as is the responsibility to produce regular reports relating to the data processed for all stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have a robust understanding of the business environment, and a detailed understanding of the attributes that defines what a Business-to-Business organisation is, in order to make correct decisions with regard to weather the Lead Forensics product would be suitable for an enquiring business.
The data operations marketing assistant will be responsible for conducting online research using a variety of online sources to gain additional insight about each enquiring business. The Successful candidate should be highly versed in online research and will be able to use online tools such as LinkedIn, Dudil companies house as well as more generalised Google searches to obtain as much information about a business prospect as possible, to equip the wider team with all the information they need to know in order to maximise all prospective opportunities.
The marketing operation data administrator should ensure that all KPI’s are met and they strive for the highest quality delivery.
This role supports our US Marketing function, and therefore the hours for this role are offered as 17:00-23:00
Experience and Key Skills Required
• Experience of using Microsoft business packages – including Outlook and excel
• Computer literate
• Ability to research online using Google etc
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work efficiently in a target driven environment
• Lively, upbeat, self-motivated, organised, and a good communicator
• Able to produce Excel report
• Able to communicate with senior stakeholders
• An understanding of the business environment and the nuances between B2B and B2C
• Possess a ‘can-do’ attitude, and an ability to think on your feet
