        Mid-Market Sales Development Representative

        Due to expansion we are looking for Sales Development Representatives to join our Mid-Market Prospecting Team. We are looking for talented and dynamic individuals with a passion for service and selling, outstanding communication skills and a confident, can-do attitude.

        As a Sales Development Representative at Lead Forensics, you’ll be playing a key role in helping us achieve our growth plan. You will work as part of the outbound prospecting team, making outbound calls, reaching out to leads provided to you through our proprietary CRM and nurturing prospects to ensure we are ready to sell to them at the point they are ready to buy. There is a mix of businesses that you will be calling from our database and your own leads.

        Your main purpose will be to ensure that our sales team is kept busy with qualified leads and booked demonstrations which enable them to reach their targets. We are looking for individuals who are tenacious and enthusiastic, highly motivated and driven, and especially those who don’t shy away from a challenge.

        This role is a direct path into a Sales Executive role. After hitting your targets, you can qualify to receive an increase in your salary and a promotion into a full end to end sales role, with responsibility of owning the whole sales processes. The sales role has huge earning potential and residual commission year on year.

        Role Responsibilities:

         

        • Generating sales-ready appointments from outbound calling
        • Ensuring each appointment is well qualified and an opportunity for the sales team
        • Delivering a consistent number of appointments per week
        • Taking a proactive approach to your own day and performance
        • Working towards fixed weekly targets
        • Working in a fast-paced sales environment

         

        The ideal candidate will be:

         

        • Currently working as a BDR or SDR
        • A self-starter, who thrives under pressure to achieve challenging goals
        • Excellent questioning skills
        • Taking a proactive approach to your own day and performance
        • Skilful objection handling techniques and ability to operate at all levels in an organisation
        • Strong communication skills, notably being able to explain value propositions to identified key decision-makers
        • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and high level of time management skills
        • High level of grammar and written skills
        • Be able to convey personal credibility, creating instant impact
        • Have enthusiasm, energy, and the ability to think on your feet
        • Be attentive and aware, listening more than speaking
        • Enjoy speaking on the telephone and the excitement of connecting with others
        • Be dynamic, motivated and care about what others want
        • Be sensitive to and driven by our customers’ needs
        • Have outstanding communication skills
