        Mid-Market Sales Development Representative Leader

        Summary

        Working within the Sales Division of Lead Forensics, you’ll report into the Head of Mid Market. You will lead a team of Sales Development Representatives, using your consultative and creative skills to focus on making outbound calls to profiled data within the Mid Market sector.

         

        Key Responsibilities:

        • Create and execute a sales cadence to book demonstrations of the Lead Forensics product to key decision makers. This will include a digital and social contact strategy, direct mail, email campaigns, and outbound dialling using multi contact strategies
        • Secure prospect sales meetings and web demonstrations with identified key decision makers across Marketing, Sales and Executive levels
        • Recruitment of high calibre Sales Development Representatives into the team
        • Coaching and training of Sales Development Representatives in your team which values them and improves their performance, including a path to advance their career into Mid Market Sales once they are successful, and should they choose that route
        • Leading and supporting the team to consistently deliver Booked and Sat appointments against target

         

        The ideal candidate will have:

        • A high attention to detail due to the level of contacts being targeted, and the volume of messaging required across our multi-channel approach
        • Excellent oral and written communication skills
        • Strong inner drive and energy to deliver results against targets
        • The ability to work well within a team environment but just as well on their own
        • A natural desire to personally develop and thrive in a fast paced, growing business
        • Experience of making outbound calls to large businesses
        • Strong organisational and time management skills
