Overview:

 

The role consists of leading 5/6 high calibre B2B New Business Executives and making your own outbound calls to generate sales-ready appointments for the sales team. You will provide constant support, coaching and training for the company’s entry-level executives in order to develop them into professional and well skilled Sales Executives.

 

Key Tasks

 

+ Motivating, inspiring and developing your team.
+ Coaching and supporting the team to achieve their daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

+ Working with your team to develop their soft sales skills and product knowledge in order to progress them through the business.
+ Weekly 121 and goal setting sessions with your team.

+ Monitoring and increasing productivity through metrics/KPI based planning.

+ Leading by example and generating sales-ready appointments from outbound calling.
+ Speaking to senior managers and directors in a variety of organisations & ensuring each appointment is well qualified and an opportunity for the sales team.

+ Regular interaction with Sales Managers & Head of New Business to monitor department progression and performance against targets.
 

Desirable Experience

 

+ Experience of leading a team or on-duty management roles.

+ Experience of making outbound sales calls or working in a telesales/marketing role.

+ Experience of training and coaching – Ability to motivate, train and mentor a team.

+ Analytical with good attention to detail and able to produce reports (team performance).

+ Experience in Microsoft packages; Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
