Senior Marketing Data Administrator
As the Senior Marketing Data Administrator, you will hold a central role within the marketing team, taking responsibility for the accuracy and currency of our marketing data from an end to end perspective. You will be responsible for processing incoming marketing enquiries, adding to our proprietary CRM system according to a defined set of rules, ensuring the enquiries are processed within our agreed time frames, are processed to a high level of accuracy and are enriched with as much supplementary insight as you can find for each and every enquiring business.
Speed and accuracy are essential attributes to be successful in this role, as is the ability to produce regular reports relating to the data processed for senior stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have a robust understanding of the business environment, and a detailed understanding of the attributes that defines what a business-to-business organisation is, in order to make correct decisions with regard to whether a Lead Forensics product would be suitable for an enquiring business. Confidence around the differences between B2B and B2C is beneficial, as decision making in this area is a key part of the role.
The Senior Marketing Data Administrator will be responsible for conducting online research tasks using a variety of online sources to gain additional insight about each enquiring business. Therefore, the successful candidate will be highly versed in online research, and will be able to use online tools such as LinkedIN, Duedil, Companies House as well as more generalised Google searches to obtain as much information about a business prospect as possible to equip the wider team with all the information they need to know in order to maximise all prospective opportunities.
The successful candidate will lead a small team of Data Processors, and will therefore be confident and able to effectively lead and nurture more junior team members, the Senior Marketing Data Administrator should take the lead in ensuring that all KPIs are met and that the team continually strive for the highest quality delivery.
This role supports our global marketing function, and therefore the hours for this role are offered on a flexi-time basis according to the demands of the business. Usual office hours are 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday, however, from time to time when there is a high requirement in the USA, team members will be required to shift their working day to 1pm – 9:30pm or 11am-7:30pm. There is always plenty of notice for this requirement and it will be the responsibility of the successful candidate to manage the hours worked across the team according to the business requirements.
EXPERIENCE AND KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
- Experience of using Microsoft business packages – including Outlook and Excel
- Computer literate
- Ability to research online using Google etc
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work efficiently in a target driven environment
- Lively, upbeat, self-motivated, organised, and a good communicator
- Able to produce Excel reports
- Able to communicate with senior stakeholders
- An understanding of the business environment and the nuances between B2B and B2C
- Possess a ‘can-do’ attitude, and an ability to think on your feet
