US Customer Success Support

Job Purpose: Working within the Support team providing solutions to customer queries through the Support ticket system. You will be responsible for supporting our Customer Success Managers with our CRM and Lead Forensics Portal including educating other colleagues of new releases to the portal.

Job Duties:

 

  • Supporting internal and external customers
  • Having full knowledge of the Lead Forensics portal
  • Liaising with our IT and data verification teams
  • Provide solutions to problems that may arise from our software and existing customers
  • Dealing with the support ticketing system – both internal and external
  • Train CSM’s/ new starters on the CRM and LF Portal

Reporting to – Head of Support in the UK
