How is Lead Forensics used?
We use Lead Forensics to identify visitors to our website so that we can engage with them early in the buying process. This fills a gap in our prospect pipeline, and gives us crucial intelligence on the type of businesses we’re attracting to our website, what keywords they’re using, and where they’re coming from.
First, our Business Development team identifies the visitors that are a good fit for Youmanage. We’re primarily interested in UK-based private sector businesses with between 50 and 2,000 staff. But beyond firmographics, we’re really interested in what visitors’ strategies are, what their HR philosophies are, and what it is they want HR tech to do for them before we qualify them as prospects. The team will then get in touch with these prospects by giving them a call or by sending an engaging email. We work closely with prospects that express an interest in adopting intelligent HR tech, helping to identify their specific needs to ensure that Youmanage is the right fit for them. This is necessary to ensure mutual, long-term success for Youmanage and our clients.
