You might remember that, last month, we proudly announced that we’d been shortlisted for the UK Customer Experience Awards (UKCXA’20). Well, we wanted to give you an update.
The Lead Forensics team is thrilled to announce that we’ll be adding two prestigious awards to our growing trophy cabinet!
We were presented with the Gold award for ‘B2B customer experience – SaaS’, which celebrates ‘B2B organisations focused on improving customer experience’ and ‘helping other businesses to operate and grow’.
And, we were also named as a Silver winner of the ‘employees at the heart of everything’ category, which awards ‘organisations whose employee-centricity is the key to delivering customer experience results’.

Recently, Lead Forensics embarked on a journey to transform its approach to Customer Success, using customer and employee feedback to deliver the very best processes and results. For Lead Forensics, both employees and clients have always and will always be critical to the business. This is a great achievement for us to showcase how important they are, and celebrate our ventures to ensure happiness and success across the board.
The awards ceremony took place virtually on Thursday 15 October and saw each category nominee presenting to an impressive line-up of judges before the winners were announced. For Lead Forensics, presenters were made up of Customer Success team representatives who astounded judges despite technical difficulties.

The CXA awards was founded in 2010 — each category has a minimum of 5 judges; every entry is scored at least 10 times; 6,000 unique scores are given on the day and every entry is scrutinized for at least 7.5 hours.
Other category winners include big-name businesses such as Vitality, NatWest and BT, to name just a few. We’d like to send our congratulations to all nominees and winners!
