The Lead Forensics team is delighted to add another accolade to our ranks, taking Bronze at the UK Customer Experience Awards 2021.
We were presented with the ‘Use of Insight & Feedback – Customer’s Voice’ award, which celebrates organizations that take customer feedback seriously to improve their product and service.
Having won both Gold and Silver at the UKCXA’s 2020, we’re so proud that our Customer Success team has been recognized in the finals, representing a company that knows how important customer experience is to our continued growth as an organization.
Lead Forensics has transformed its approach to Customer Success in recent years, using customer and employee feedback to deliver the very best processes and results. For Lead Forensics, both employees and clients will always be critical to the business. The UKCXAs are an excellent achievement for us, showcasing our customers’ importance and celebrating our ventures to ensure happiness and success across the board.
The awards ceremony took place virtually on Thursday 14th October and saw each category nominee presenting to an impressive line-up of judges before the winners were announced.
The CXA awards were founded in 2010 — each category has a minimum of 5 judges; every entry is scored at least ten times; 6,000 individual scores are given on the day, and every entry is scrutinized for at least 7.5 hours.
Other category winners include big-name businesses such as O2, Vitality, and NHS Scotland, to name just a few. We’d like to send our congratulations to all nominees and winners!
