Lead Forensics went big for Charity this November to supplement our existing charitable efforts across Africa and the UK.

Since 2010, Lead Forensics has been committed to raising money for the UK charity – Building Schools for Africa, who are dedicated to developing and repairing rundown schools across rural Cameroon, providing hundreds of children with education, clean drinking water and hygienic segregated toilets.

This month, we extended these efforts through our charity ball, where all proceeds from entry to auctioned items went towards the foundation.

We auctioned off over £19,000 worth of goods, and with over 150 attendees, we raised a total of £27,400 for the charity.

In addition to this, our dress-down days at our offices, one for Children in Need, and a further one raising money to buy presents for children at the local hospital generated around £3,000.

We also sent 7 volunteers to Naomi’s House and Jacksplace, which are hospices supporting young children in the local area. Our team spent the day building and painting a Santa’s Grotto for the children, which was an incredibly rewarding experience for a brilliant cause.

In Scottsdale, our Lead Forensics team helped the Feed My Starving Children foundation, who coordinate packaging and distribution of food to developing nations. From the work we did, we helped pack 199 boxes to feed 117 children for a whole year! Well done team!
