We’re thrilled to announce another awards shortlisting for Lead Forensics — this time, celebrating the extraordinary customer experience we deliver. The Customer Experience Awards (CXA) recognizes excellence in customer and employee experience and prides itself on fairness — with five judges for every category; thousands of unique scores, and each entry scrutinized by judges for at least 7.5 hours. To be recognized by an awards body that operates at such a high standard is a fantastic achievement for Lead Forensics, which has previously secured wins from The Best Business Awards, The Sunday Times, Great Place to Work and CMI. The awards take place later this year, held online using the latest video conferencing software, and will include presentations from each finalist.
So, what have we been shortlisted for?
- B2B Customer Experience: SaaS — for B2B organizations focused on improving their customer experience and helping other businesses to operate and grow. Feefo & Vauxhall, and Adjust GmbH have also been shortlisted in this category.
- Use of Insight and Feedback: programme — shortlisting organizations whose initiatives have driven cultural change and achieved extraordinary CX. Other nominees include JT Group Limited, BT in partnership with Nelson Bostock Unlimited, Places for People, and InMoment & Virgin Money.
- Employees at the heart of everything — awarding organizations whose employee-centric approach is key to customer experience success. Lead Forensics is recognized alongside Mears Group, BT Enterprise & Liveperson, Sky Betting and Gaming, and Vanarama.
Henry Braithwaite, COO at Lead Forensics, said: “Our people and our clients are truly where our success lies. The technology and data behind the product we deliver is world-class, but so are the people that help build it, sell it, and know it inside out so we can ensure our customers maximize their success. We’re thrilled to have been recognized by these awards and shortlisted for three categories. We look forward to the next stage!”
