We are happy to announce that Mark Hewson has taken on the role of Chief Technology Officer at Lead Forensics. He joined the team in 2015, and we have been thrilled to have him with us ever since. Let’s learn a little more about Mark!
He said: “The Lead Forensics group is taking the MarTech world by storm. It is truly interesting and exciting to be at the forefront of marketing technology, and to be directly involved in innovation. Our software is always advancing, and there is so much potential. I love working with a product I truly believe in. I have been here for over four years and have been lucky enough to be involved in many interesting developments in that time.”
Mark is a leader in the technology and software development sector, having previously worked as Head of Development at Lead Forensics. He also boasts more than 25 years’ experience in IT. In his life prior to Lead Forensics, his work spanned everything from corporate start-ups through to investment banking and online gaming. But what does his new role involve?
“As Chief Technology Officer, I am responsible for the technology direction of the Lead Forensics group. I also play an active role in bridging the gap between the business and IT, as well as managing new product development and product innovation.”
Mark’s commitment to the development of our innovative technology, and his extensive experience is what propelled him into this exciting new role. What is he most looking forward to about this step in his career?
Mark said: “I am always excited about new developments within our software solution. I can’t wait for everyone to see where we are taking the product. I have worked extensively in the integration of technology, and that is a huge focus for Lead Forensics at the moment.”
“I have a real passion for ensuring great technologies can work harmoniously. We are always striving to create genuine success for our clients, and working to make the lead generation process easier,” He added.

He said: “It may sound like a cliché, but for me, at Lead Forensics, no two days are the same. Every day brings with it a different challenge! As an engineering team we are always working with the latest technology and processes to make us a better team and to build better products.”
“I have enjoyed every step of my Lead Forensics journey so far and am looking forward to bringing my experience into this role, as well as learning a thing or two myself. The environment is fast-paced — it never stops! The MarTech world is like that and we have to stay on top of the every-changing world of technology and software to continue to thrive.
