Lead Forensics has a quiet but proud history of giving back to our community, considering this a crucial part of our business’ DNA.
We have taken considerable time to reflect on our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy and commitment to those around us, recognizing our opportunity to be a force for good in our communities.
Each year, Lead Forensics selects a small number of both UK and US-based charities to support through fundraising and charitable activities throughout the year. Every member of the Lead Forensics group is encouraged to take 2.5 workdays to volunteer with our chosen charities or undertake private fundraising exercises.
Over the years, fundraising has taken on many forms, from group skydiving to ultra-marathons and food drives; our team members constantly find new ways to push themselves for great causes.
Kim Brosnan, Chief People Officer at Lead Forensics, said, “The leadership team at Lead Forensics has always believed our organization could be a force for good. We’re proud of everything we’ve achieved as a business, but we recognize how fortunate we are – and believe it’s our responsibility to have a meaningful impact in our local and global communities.
Giving back has never imposed itself on our mission or business goals; it has always been part of the plan. We delight in the ways our team deliver their unique contributions to charity and social efforts – continually finding new ways to express their creativity in a wonderfully selfless and giving nature.”
