An Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) offering 24-hour support across all areas of wellbeing is just one of the reasons why employees at Lead Forensics believe it’s a great place to work.
Alongside the EAP, the company has a team of in-house trained Mental Health First Aiders available to provide guidance, support, and connections to both local and national services. These resources reflect the business’ ongoing commitment to wellbeing, underpinned by company values such as #Care and #Grow, which focus on personal and professional development.
Lead Forensics also encourages community involvement and a sense of social wellbeing by giving every employee two paid days each year to volunteer—whether that’s donating blood, litter picking, or supporting a charity close to their heart.
The UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ rankings include organisations that have succeeded in helping their employees to experience high levels of wellbeing in their workplace.
To compile the prestigious list, Great Place To Work® culture experts analysed thousands of employee surveys, assessing their holistic experiences of wellbeing at work through fundamental facets including: work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, and financial security. Evaluations also included an assessment of how well the organisation was able to deliver consistency of their employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.
In our most recent Trust Index™, Lead Forensics received outstanding scores across key wellbeing measures, with a vast majority of employees highlighting their sense of community contribution, mutual care, and work-life balance.
Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place To Work UK says: “A thriving workplace culture is rooted in trust, pride, camaraderie, and a genuine commitment to employee wellbeing. As we mark the fourth year of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ list, we’re proud to celebrate organisations that go above and beyond to support their people’s mental, physical, financial, and social health. When employees feel truly valued and supported, they’re not only healthier – they’re also more energized, motivated and aligned with their organisation’s goals. Congratulations to Lead Forensics on earning a well-deserved place on this prestigious list!”
Josh Saunders, Chief People Officer at Lead Forensics, added:
