The Challenge
Hydra IT wanted to validate their existing marketing campaigns and help identify new leads. They regularly send marketing emails and conduct webinars, and added Lead Forensics to their tech stack so they could see when known prospects came back to the website. Lead Forensics also enabled them to identify new prospects to reach out to, and see when existing clients came back to their site.
Our Solution
First, Hydra IT categorize a visit based on their relationship to them, and any prospects or existing clients are transferred into the Lead Forensics Lead Manager. Prospects are then enriched with contact names, and the team look into the page journey of the user to find out what they were interested in.
This enables Hydra IT to reach out to engage prospects via email to see if they can set up a video call to give an overview of their services.
The Result
To date, Hydra IT have been able to increase the response rate from their outreach program by 20% by reaching out to companies identified by Lead Forensics. From this activity, they have seven open proposals with new prospects – all valued above €50,000.
