The ranking, which is considered the gold standard of employer recognition, was announced at the UK’s Best Workplaces Awards ceremony at Grosvenor House in London.
For the 2026 awards, Great Place To Work® analyzed confidential employee feedback on trust, innovation, company values, and leadership effectiveness across departments and seniority levels. Only organisations achieving the highest scores across this evaluation receive Best Workplaces status.
On average, Great Place To Work® found that 54% of employees say their workplace is a great place to work. But at Lead Forensics, that jumped to 88%. This puts Lead Forensics firmly in the top 50 large companies, alongside the likes of NVIDIA, MetLife, CrowdStrike and BOXT.
